We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Manager to lead all aspects of shipping, receiving, and inventory at our warehouse in Laramie, WY. This role is critical to keeping products moving efficiently, inventory accurate, and systems running smoothly. The right candidate will be tech-savvy, proactive, and committed to ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
This is an emerging leadership role in a growing business where systems are still in their infancy, processes need to be built, and continuous improvement is part of the day-to-day mindset. The right candidate is excited by the prospect of building and shaping our warehouse operations and systems.

Position Snapshot:
- Reports to: Director of Operations
- Works closely with: Sales & Operations
- Supervises: Warehouse lead
- Time commitment: full time, M-F, hours flexible
- Location: Laramie, WY. Relocation support available.
- Start date: 11/1/25
- Compensation: $60,000-$68,000 per year, DOE
- FLSA Status: Salary, exempt

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead all warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Support, coach, and supervise the Warehouse Lead, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.
- Maintain and optimize workflows in NetSuite, ShipStation, Excel, and freight booking portals.
- Take the lead on a Warehouse Management System (WMS) integration, working with leadership, vendors, and staff to ensure a smooth rollout and adoption.
- Book and coordinate freight across parcel and LTL carriers.
- Track inventory and supplies, reconcile discrepancies, and generate accurate reports.
- Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce errors.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled on time with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the in-house logistics systems expert, adopting and training others on new tools.
- Collaborate with leadership to align warehouse operations with overall company goals.
- Work autonomously (leadership team is not on site).
Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations, with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
- Strong computer and systems skills; familiarity with shipping software, ERP systems (NetSuite a plus), freight portals, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and support staff in a respectful, inclusive manner.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through — ensures tasks are completed fully and accurately.
- Ability to thrive in a startup-style environment, where process creation, adaptability, and continuous improvement are critical.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technology.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
