IGI is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.Primary RoleTo ensure accounting and finance is accurate, under control and simplified, the Sr. NetSuite and QuickBooks Accountant works with and oversees ADP Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Compliance with multiple state taxation and documentation requirements.Detailed ActivitiesAccounting transactions ensuring proper account codingAccounts receivable invoicing and collections.Accounts payable invoices and expense reportsReconciliation of credit card statementGeneration of financial statement schedules including Income Accrual scheduleGenerate and file various State Sales & Use Tax ReturnsRecord and Track Fixed Asset Additions and DisposalsGenerate and expedite Vendor purchase orders and assist with sourcingProcessing inbound deliveries as neededProcessing outbound shipments as neededMake travel arrangements (air, hotel, and rentals)Perform other accounting-related or special projects as assignedQualificationsRecent experience using NetSuite and QuickBooks requiredA bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is requiredMinimum 5 years of experience in an accounting and finance role requiredExperience migrating accounting processes from NetSuite to QuickBooks a plusExperience with SAP Ariba preferredExperience documenting accounting processes preferredMust be proficient with Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Excel, Word, and OutlookCreative thinking, strong interpersonal, communication and people skills, with a focus on customer service and client satisfactionOrganized, detail oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilitiesEthics, accountability, honesty, and integrity must be of the highest caliberInterest in doing more to contribute than sitting at a deskPhysically able to lift 50lbs.Valid driver's license and clean driving recordMust be authorized to work permanently in the United StatesTravelNo out of state/overnight travel.
