Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various marketing initiatives and campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence and engage our target audience effectively.
Duties
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Will have to visit new business locations to make contact with new businesses
- Will need to follow-up with new leads
- Will need to drop off marketing literature at construction sites to make potential contact
- Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Execute multichannel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Support advertising sales initiatives by creating compelling ad copy and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate on digital marketing projects, including content marketing and B2B marketing strategies.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
- Write persuasive copy for various formats including email marketing campaigns, website content, and print advertising materials.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to optimize future efforts.
- Assist in managing e-commerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate and optimized for conversions.
- Contribute to budget planning for marketing initiatives while tracking expenses against set budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing and analytics.
- Familiarity with WordPress for website management and content updates is advantageous.
- Knowledge of HTML is a plus for making minor website adjustments as needed.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored for different audiences.
- Experience with Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords is beneficial for executing paid campaigns.
- Excellent research skills to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
