Job Title: Accounting Assistant to CFO
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support the CFO with daily accounting and financial operations for a large and rapidly growing medical practice. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, reconciliations, and financial data in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the CFO with day-to-day accounting functions
- Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and financial reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and account balancing
- Assist with financial analysis and data review
- Organize and maintain accounting records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Help identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues
- Provide general administrative support related to accounting operations
Qualifications:
- Prior accounting, bookkeeping, or finance experience preferred
- Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills required
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with accounting software is a plus
- Experience in healthcare or medical practice accounting is helpful but not required
Schedule:
Part-time to start.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
