IGCommercial Inc. is hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Glazing Project Manager to lead and oversee glazing and commercial glazing projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with CAD, submittal, and field coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. You'll be responsible for scheduling, documentation, procurement, costing, and quality control across all phases of assigned projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of assigned projects from handoff to closeout, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality targets are met.
- Review all estimates and bid documentation at project handoff.
- Assemble and manage submittals, CAD shop drawings, purchase orders, and job cost tracking.
- Interface daily with office, shop, and field teams to ensure smooth coordination and workflow.
- Procure materials and supplies in alignment with the job schedule and budget.
- Attend weekly team meetings and maintain project tracking logs.
- Submit all required documentation for billing, insurance, and closeout, including change orders and cost recaps.
- Provide a final job summary and exit interview with senior leadership, including cost analysis and lessons learned.
- Mentor and support other project team members as needed.
- Help grow the business by maintaining and developing client and vendor relationships.
- Participate in estimating reviews and PreCon meetings, offering insight to improve win rates and project setup.
Qualifications
- 10 years of project management experience in glazing, commercial windows, or similar construction trades.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (for shop drawings and fabrication detailing).
- Strong command of Bluebeam, Glazier Studio, PartnerPak, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with field layout tools such as Total Station.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong familiarity with submittals, project documentation, contracts, billing, and project closeout.

Schedule
- Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Office Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Work hours may vary depending on project needs, deadlines, and field start times.

- Travel to job sites, walk-throughs, and meetings as required.
