What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outbound SDR | Sales Development Representative position at IG PPC?
IG PPC is an Inc. 5000 Amazon PPC agency managing $3B in annual Amazon sales. We work with 7–9 figure brands and we're growing fast.
We are hiring a full-time cold caller to book qualified sales calls with brand owners and e-commerce decision-makers.
What you'll do:
- Call warm leads from trade shows and cold leads from targeted lists
- Follow up via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Book qualified audit calls on our sales calendar
- You're setting appointments, not closing deals
What we are looking for:
- You've done outbound calling before, SDR, BDR, appointment setting, fundraising, real estate, anything where you dialed 100 times a day
- You're comfortable with rejection and don't take it personally
- You're coachable — I'll give you feedback daily and I need you to apply it
- You have energy on the phone. No monotone robots.
- Eastern or Central time zone preferred
Comp:
- $35–50K base $50–100 per qualified appointment that shows
- Top performers will earn $70–90K
You do NOT need:
- A degree
- A fancy resume
Salary : $35,000 - $50,000
