What are the responsibilities and job description for the Valet Parking Manager position at IFS?
Regional Parking Company is looking for a talented Onsite Valet Parking Manager to immediately join and grow with our expanding company. We are currently hiring an experienced valet parking manager to oversee and direct the operational activities at one of our hospital valet operations in the Albany, NY area. Responsibilities include overseeing a valet and self-park parking operation, supervising valet parking employees (Staff of 2-3 attendants), daily reporting and acting as a client/corporate liaison. This operation is Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload while meeting deadlines
- Detailed oriented and have a strong work ethic and possess strong customer service skills
- Able to work flexible schedule and with a whatever it takes attitude
- Hands on experience and speak English
- Experience with staff supervision
- Minimum of 2 years of comparable management experience (Property Management, Parking Management, Retail Management, Operations, etc.)
Compensation
- Includes a base salary of $45,000-$50,000 (Depending on experience)
- Annual bonuses include earning up to 10% of your salary with additional monetary incentives
