Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Location: Charleston
• Monday to Friday
• Evening Shift: 5:00PM - 9:00PM
Summary:
Our Day Porter performs a variety of custodial activities to maintain cleanliness of facilities and grounds; and performs related activities such as moving furniture and collecting trash, high and low dusting, vacuum and much more. Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a high standard of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Attendance and being on time are a must
• Check on all properties to ensure cleaning equipment is in working order and maintained
• Proper use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment
• Vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors; dusts, polishes, and cleans.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Removes trash, places in dumpsters, and replaces liners.
• Cleaning glass and walls
• Monitor and control supplies and amenities, while minimize waste within all areas.
• Performs other duties as assigned
• removing trash on the outside grounds of the facility
Special Requirements/Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Required to arrive to work on time, as well as work overtime as needed.
• Required to undergo a training program and participate in refresher training as needed.
