Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Conduct routine janitorial tasks across all areas of the facility, ensuring floors, windows, and common spaces are well-maintained.
- Handle custodial responsibilities such as floor care, buffing, and basic maintenance to preserve the appearance of floors and surfaces.
- Assist with industrial cleaning projects or specialized cleaning tasks as needed to address specific facility requirements.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants.
- Maintain supplies inventory and restock cleaning materials efficiently to ensure continuous operational readiness.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors or staff with directions or requests related to building upkeep.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial or residential settings.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and facilities maintenance procedures.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers, vacuums, and floor scrubbers safely and effectively.
