The SAP Business Analyst will play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and supporting business processes across the organization. This individual will work closely with functional departments—particularly operations, finance, and supply chain—to identify areas for process improvement and system optimization within SAP Business One. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.
- Design and document workflows, reports, and data integrations within SAP Business One.
- Write and optimize SQL queries and reports to support data analysis, decision-making, and KPI tracking.
- Collaborate with department leaders to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Support ERP users by troubleshooting issues, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating system enhancements.
- Partner with finance and operations to ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and reporting.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical business processes.
- Participate in ERP upgrades, testing, and user training as needed.

Requirements:Required Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One.
- Proficiency in SQL query writing and database reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
- Understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing workflows is a plus.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Crystal Reports, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, or MRP processes.
- Exposure to integration between ERP systems and other business platforms.
- Bilingual- English/Spanish
