This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality insulation solutions to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities
iFOAM of Northwest Arkansas is a trusted local provider of premium spray foam insulation services serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Bentonville area. Our customers love us for our attention to detail, energy-saving solutions, and commitment to doing the job right the first time. Compensation: $1,200.00 per week

iFOAM of Northwest Arkansas is looking for a skilled and motivated Spray Foam Technician to join our growing team in Bentonville, AR. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality insulation solutions to residential and commercial customers. Responsibilities
- Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation to residential and commercial job sites
- Operate and maintain spray foam equipment, rigs, and related tools
- Prepare job sites by masking, covering, and protecting surfaces prior to application
- Ensure proper mixing ratios, temperatures, and pressures for quality foam application
- Perform trim work, shaving, and finishing of cured foam to meet project specifications
- Follow all safety protocols including proper use of PPE, respirators, and protective gear
- Communicate professionally with customers and crew members on-site
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site at all times
- Prior experience in spray foam insulation, construction, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and at heights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Willingness to learn and complete spray foam certification/training if not already certified
