Customer Service Representative
Location Miramar, FL, USA (In-Person Required)
Compensation $40,000 – $48,000 per year
Schedule Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Miramar, FL. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional support related to orders, products, and general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
You will manage the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of all issues.
Customer Interaction & Resolution
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and live chat.
- Accurately process requests for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and product replacements.
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex customer issues related to shipping, billing, and product usage.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or departmental managers when necessary.
Order Support & System Management
- Provide detailed status updates on existing orders, checking tracking and fulfillment information within the internal system.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products, pricing, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Experience
- Proven experience (1–2 years minimum) in a high-volume Customer Service or Contact Center role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism during challenging interactions.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in an in-person office setting.
Technical & System Proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using a CRM platform (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) or ERP system like NetSuite for customer order lookup is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with tracking and shipping platforms (e.g., ShipStation) is a plus.
