Job description
iFlex Stretch Studios is seeking an experienced General Manager to open and manage our new Studio in Chandler, Arizona. Brought to you by the people who introduced The Joint Chiropractic, one of the nation's leading networks of affordable Chiropractic Care.
This position provides leadership and oversight of a team of 6-8 employees. Core responsibility is to drive growth through the training and development of their teams.
Management, Training and Development (40%)
- Responsible for recruiting talent for the area and selecting the optimum talent
- Directly work manage and develop team of Front Desk / Sales Associates. Your role is to ensure everyone is on the same page, at a high level, and working as a team.
- Work with the Lead Flex Therapist and Therapist team to foster teamwork, consistency and coordination efficient schedules.
- Ensure all employees have completed and passed all available training
- Developmental conversations in Studio
- Perform regular follow up training in when necessary; determined by performance and observation
- Scheduled weekly activities focused on developing a sustainable pipeline of talent
Sales (40%)
- Develop sales goals based on predetermined budgets; lead team in developing plan
- Cultivate leads through paid marketing as well as innovative grass roots and community outreach.
- Develop and implement ideas for generating quality leads and referral streams.
- Diligently follow up with leads to sell memberships. Connect with prospective members to understand how the studio can help them achieve their goals.
- Develop retention strategy, proactively follow up with members to ensure they are utilizing the studio and getting value from their membership.
- Create engagement through studio events, personal attention, social media and other events.
- Respond to Social Media inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Meet or exceed KPI's for Studio
Admin/Operations (20%)
- Daily communication and follow up with business partners
- Daily/monthly operational functions, i.e., scheduling, conference calls, KPI distribution, payroll

- Help to grow Studio by focusing on new client acquisition and retention
- Help to grow the studio by focusing on new client acquisition and retention of current clients.
- Ensure new and existing client data is accurately logged daily to provide updates on client progress and/or injuries.
- Demonstrate discipline in executing the new client onboarding process to ensure each client and team member is set up for success, every time.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business
- MUST be passionate about health and wellness
- Minimum 2 years' experience in business to consumer sales, successfully meeting or exceeding goals and expectations
- Above average presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively mentor and motivate staff
- Previous success with solutions selling
- Must have a high selling aptitude and a successful track record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve goals through collaboration with marketing
- Have a sense of urgency, and the ability to close deals consistently
- Strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
