Job Title: Embroidery Operator

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Embroidery Operator to join our fabrication team. In this role, you will operate industrial embroidery machinery to produce high-quality embroidered goods, with a focus on headwear, in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain Tajima industrial embroidery machines.
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards.
- Complete routine machine maintenance and manage supplies.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets.
Physical Requirements:
- Repetitive hand/arm movements and close visual attention.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
- Comfort working with industrial equipment in a medium-noise setting.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for up to 8 hours daily.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in embroidery or production manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
