Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee financial reporting, month-end close, compliance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong GAAP knowledge, leadership experience, and the ability to manage financial processes accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end close and general ledger entries
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
- Analyze financial statement variances
- Oversee fixed assets and depreciation accounting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors
- Support financial reporting and accounting operations
- Supervise accounting functions including AP/AR
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification required
- 5 years of accounting experience, including supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with financial systems/software
- Logistics industry experience preferred
- CargoWise experience is a plus
- Must be fluent in Chinese (written and verbal)
