Position: Head of US Sales

Job Responsibilities:

  • Expand current wholesale / retail account base
  • Build and drive day-to-day wholesale / retail sales
  • Develop and execute a monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan
  • Build a multi-channel sales strategy based on company strategy and business objectives
  • Continuously analyze channel and market performance providing recommendations for more effective ways to reach customers and increase revenue
  • Optimize across channels to drive company KPI’s (revenue, gross margin, profitability)
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and purchasing to ensure we bring the right merchandise at the right price at the right time
  • Develop and analyze sales reports, sales forecasts, and set goals and strategy for meeting those goals
  • Ability to manage large big box accounts to small regional stores
  • Set service standards and expectations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for repair solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share across market channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
  • Develop and manage the sales budget, which includes discounts & allowances, coop’s, promo’s to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Comfortable with negotiating and executing retail agreements
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management

As an ideal candidate, you should have…

  • 5 years of experience in Retail / Distribution Sales
  • Experience growing and obtaining new seller relationships
  • Ability to set and exceed sales goals
  • Comfortable with the latest technologies and communication tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve conflicts
  • Experience with building and executing multi-channel sales strategies
  • Results driven with a proven track record of growing and expanding account base
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
