Position: Head of US Sales
Job Responsibilities:
- Expand current wholesale / retail account base
- Build and drive day-to-day wholesale / retail sales
- Develop and execute a monthly, quarterly and annual sales plan
- Build a multi-channel sales strategy based on company strategy and business objectives
- Continuously analyze channel and market performance providing recommendations for more effective ways to reach customers and increase revenue
- Optimize across channels to drive company KPI’s (revenue, gross margin, profitability)
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and purchasing to ensure we bring the right merchandise at the right price at the right time
- Develop and analyze sales reports, sales forecasts, and set goals and strategy for meeting those goals
- Ability to manage large big box accounts to small regional stores
- Set service standards and expectations
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth for repair solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share across market channels
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify areas for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Develop and manage the sales budget, which includes discounts & allowances, coop’s, promo’s to ensure efficient use of resources
- Comfortable with negotiating and executing retail agreements
- Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management
As an ideal candidate, you should have…
- 5 years of experience in Retail / Distribution Sales
- Experience growing and obtaining new seller relationships
- Ability to set and exceed sales goals
- Comfortable with the latest technologies and communication tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve conflicts
- Experience with building and executing multi-channel sales strategies
- Results driven with a proven track record of growing and expanding account base
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
