Essential Responsibilities
• Handle Client Order Inquiries regarding Order & Shipping Status
• Respond to all inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
• Gather information and accurately identify the critical components
• Determine the appropriate path for investigation and resolution
• Provide a bridge to team members on issues requiring specialized assistance (i.e.: technical, client, product support)
• Resolution Management – Complaints & Quality Control
• Investigate order problems to identify the issues involved
• Utilize company systems, resources, team members and outside resources to identify potential solutions
• Develop an action plan that effectively addresses the problem
• Maintain effective communication with all involved
• Follow-up with other departments on the status of investigations/actions plans
• Work with outside contacts to confirm their response
• Set and maintain follow-up communications with clients concerning their call
