Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Operate and monitor production equipment within enzyme manufacturing processes
- Utilize Delta V process control systems to ensure optimal plant performance
- Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to optimize operations
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Accurately document production data and maintain operational records
- Assist in maintaining equipment reliability and reporting maintenance needs
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field preferred
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with process systems or automated equipment is a plus
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to lift to 55 lbs and work in a physically active setting
- Experience in biotechnology, chemical, or food manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with Delta V or similar distributed control systems (DCS)
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive efficiencies
- Starting pay of $27.00 per hour with premium shift differential
- Minimum first-year earnings of $70,000 working AWS schedule
