Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Operate production equipment and systems to support enzyme manufacturing.
• Monitor processes through the Delta V control system to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve basic mechanical or process-related issues.
• Execute routine inspections, adjustments, and equipment upkeep to maintain production reliability.
• Collect, record, and analyze process data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and cross‑functional teams to optimize production runs.
• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory standards required in a biotech manufacturing environment.
• Support batch preparation, material handling, and documentation according to GMP standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members across day and night shifts to ensure seamless operations.
  
  

What Makes You The Right Fit

• High School Diploma/GED (required).
• A.A./B.S. degree in a scientific, technical, or related field (preferred).
• 2 years of experience in a mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing plant environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Capacity to lift 55 pounds and handle the physical aspects of plant work.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment drug screening and background checks.
  
  

How You Would Stand Out

• Experience in chemical, biotech, or enzyme manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), ideally Delta V.
• Background in working under GMP, quality, or regulated production standards.
