Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Operate equipment in enzyme production areas to ensure efficient manufacturing
- Monitor processes and adjust parameters to maintain quality standards
- Collaborate with engineers to optimize production and troubleshoot issues
- Work with Delta V process control system for accurate operations
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on production equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Document operational data and report deviations promptly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the plant
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving efforts
- High School Diploma/GED required
- A.A./B.S. or related degree in a scientific or technical field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in a mechanical or industrial plant environment
- Demonstrated mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
- Strong team player, able to work in a multidisciplinary environment
- Ability to lift 55 pounds
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
- Experience with Delta V process control systems
- Knowledge of enzyme manufacturing processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
