Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Review finished goods testing and manage lot release in SAP.
- Ensure accurate Certificates of Analysis and handle non-conforming products.
- Support audits and compile compliance documentation.
- Act as backup for key food safety roles and programs.
- Conduct internal GMP and food defense audits.
- Manage pest control, environmental monitoring, and glass audits.
- Maintain QFS and ISO documentation systems and databases.
- Coordinate calibration schedules and shelf-life studies.
- Associate’s degree in science or technical field with 3 years in quality control/assurance.
- Formal GMP training and strong auditing skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent documentation accuracy.
- Skilled in time management and independent work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and SAP QM.
- Familiarity with food safety standards (BRCGS, ISO 14001)}
- Experience with Halal and Kosher certification processes.
- Knowledge of environmental monitoring programs and pest control management.
- Strong communication skills for working among production and logistics teams and interacting with auditors and suppliers.
