Job Summary

Demonstrates competency in specific technology areas or applications, using expertise to develop value-creating solutions for project teams and stakeholders. Manages more than one project assigned by supervision, has the responsibility for the experimental aspects of the project. and provides high quality data; recognizes and finds ways to improve the quality of the experimental/work of the team, elivering quality results and solutions to complex problems; plans, schedules and determines resources to drive results to meet objectives; seeks and implements new ideas to solve problems and make innovative contributions.

• Documents results of own experimental work, draws conclusions on the findings and proposes next steps.
• Lead author on Research Reports, Invention Disclosures and/or

organizations, work teams and stakeholders.
