Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Execute bulk loading and unloading operations for tank trucks, railcars, ISO tanks, and raw material containers ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Perform product blending activities following established formulas, procedures, and quality specifications to meet customer requirements.
- Package finished goods into appropriate container sizes and prepare materials for shipment and distribution.
- Support logistics operations by staging products and loading trailers for off-site warehouse and customer deliveries.
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished products safely across the facility.
- Collect and manage product samples to support quality control and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required paperwork in alignment with ISO 9001:2015 standards and internal processes.
- Adhere strictly to all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Forklift certification with demonstrated ability to safely operate material handling equipment.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail for documentation and reporting.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards consistently.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced industrial setting with physical job demands.
- Proactive mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in blending, chemical manufacturing, or batch processing environments.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 documentation and compliance practices.
- Experience handling bulk materials, tank systems, or railcar operations.
