Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual U.S. international tax calculations (Subpart F – Income of Controlled Foreign Corporations, Global Intangible Low-Taxed Income, Base Erosion and Anti-Abuse Tax, Foreign-Derived Intangible Income, Foreign Tax Credit, Deferred Tax Liability.
- Maintain Earnings and Profits, Previously Taxed Earnings and Profits, tax basis, and recapture computations for foreign subsidiaries.
- Oversee the review and timely filing of U.S. international tax returns.
- Review disclosure statements and elections related to acquisitions, restructurings, and tax planning.
- Support international aspects of the IRS Compliance Assurance Program (CAP).
- Conduct tax research and support planning, accounting, and reporting initiatives.
- Assist with modeling the impact of planning scenarios on the company’s tax profile.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve tax compliance and reporting processes.
- Monitor and assess tax impact of intercompany transactions.
- 5–8 years of U.S. international tax experience in public accounting, law, or a multinational corporation.
- Strong understanding of Tax Cuts and Jobs Act - related international tax calculations.
- Extensive knowledge of U.S. international tax principles and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to research and apply complex tax concepts.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain tax concepts to non-tax stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with centralized U.S. tax groups in global organizations.
- Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and tax technology adoption.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
