Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Set the global vision for formulation, finished‑format excellence, and application leadership, positioning Applications as a strategic growth enabler and competitive differentiator.
• Lead and transform global Application and Technical Service teams, elevating technical depth, cross‑regional consistency, and commercial impact.
• Drive innovation across probiotic delivery formats, translating strain science into scalable, market‑ready solutions with strong consumer relevance.
• Embed speed, agility, and discipline into development processes to match the pace of a fast‑cycle, influencer‑driven market.
• Establish global best practices for formulation, stability, performance validation, and knowledge sharing to accelerate time‑to‑market.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Product Management teams to shape compelling customer solutions, product narratives, and tradeshow concepts.
• Serve as a visible technical thought leader internally and externally, strengthening customer engagement and elevating organizational expertise.
• Champion the transformation of Applications from a support function to a value‑creating engine driving differentiation and growth.
  
  

What Makes You The Right Fit

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Microbiology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
• At least 15 years of experience in relevant industries, including 10 years in probiotics or dietary supplement ingredients.
• Proven success leading large, global, matrixed teams and driving change across cultures and geographies.
• Strong expertise in formulation science, strain characteristics, processing, stability, and finished‑format performance.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific concepts into commercially viable, differentiated solutions for B2B customers (business‑to‑business).
• Experience operating at the intersection of science, commercialization, and speed in a dynamic, high‑volatility market.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of partnering closely with sales and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
