Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support Flavorists by compounding flavors precisely according to formulation sheets.
- Prepare samples for internal evaluations and organize flavor trials for easy reference.
- Maintain raw material inventory and ensure proper handling in compliance with GMP and GLP standards.
- Operate instruments to measure physical properties and accurately record data.
- Update project data and maintain accurate documentation of formulation changes and sensory results.
- Collaborate with Creation, Design, QC, and Sensory teams to ensure project success.
- Participate in tastings and provide constructive feedback to Flavorists.
- Assist with customer visits and presentations as needed.
- Associate degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of compounding and formulation processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to learn formulation software systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent record-keeping and workflow management skills.
- Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
- Understanding of flavor chemistry and sensory evaluation techniques.
- Previous experience in lab operations and documentation.
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset.
