Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Drive profitable sales growth at global and regional key accounts for assigned product lines.
- Develop and onboard new customers within your defined area.
- Act as a technical and commercial expert for specialty Inclusions products and their applications.
- Define and execute strategies for global and regional key accounts regarding the Taura portfolio.
- Support regional sales teams in implementing the Inclusions Business Development strategy.
- Identify white space opportunities and commercialize new innovations.
- Manage complex customer projects involving cost, pricing, regulatory, and compliance aspects.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions for customers.
- Build strong relationships by visiting key and high-potential accounts as needed.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the food or specialty ingredients industry.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of product applications.
- Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as required for customer engagement.
- Experience with specialty inclusions or similar product categories.
- Demonstrated success in growing key accounts on a global scale.
- Background in both technical and commercial roles, bridging R&D and sales.
