Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Regional Quality Manager to oversee and ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of operations across all district locations. This role involves implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control processes, ensuring adherence to customer procedures, and managing health and safety programs company-wide. The Regional Quality Manager will also conduct regular site visits and audits to uphold company standards and maintain compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage quality assurance and quality control programs for all district locations.
• Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with customer procedures and requirements.
• Implement and maintain a standardized quality checklist to verify compliance and job accuracy.
• Conduct regular site visits to each district location to audit processes, inspect job sites, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and submitted promptly.
• Develop, implement, and manage health, safety, and quality programs across the company.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality and safety standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues or incidents, implementing corrective and preventive measures as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address quality concerns and improve processes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices to ensure company compliance.
• Prepare and present quality and safety performance reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in quality management, preferably within the NDT or oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities, with the capacity to influence and train others.
• Willingness to travel regularly to district locations and job sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in NDT, quality management, or occupational health and safety.
• Experience in multi-site quality management roles.
