Systems Administrator/Analyst

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are currently hiring within our IT Team for a Systems Administrator who will support the IT on-prem and cloud infrastructure, MS 365 environment, security, and configuration functions in the organization. Participate in the design, planning, implementation, and production support of all short and long-term strategies related to IT Infrastructure, security, and systems. Ensures the alignment of technology and configuration services to the business goals. Must possess a high level of skills in design, development, analysis, and technical expertise. This is a hybrid-friendly role.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical degree
• 5 years of experience supporting cloud, SaaS, and/or on-premises infrastructures
• 3 years of experience with MS365, Defender, and Intune management and support
• 3 Years of experience supporting infrastructure operations (i.e. Onboarding, offboarding, patching, network resilience)
• 3 Years of experience supporting an ERP and/or CRM software solution (we currently used a program called Deacom)
• 3 Years of SQL and/or Power BI Report writing
• Experience with Power Automate, Azure, and Deacom ERP are preferred
• Must be fluent in English. Bonus points for bi- or multi- lingual candidates.
• Microsoft 365 certification preferred
• Microsoft Azure certification preferred
• Microsoft Power Platform certification preferred
• Ability to lift and move over 30lbs of hardware/equipment

WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES:

• Support MS365 environment, Exchange, Endpoint Management, Intune, Patching, VPNing, MS Teams telephony, Deacom ERP, ACT CRM, SharePoint and MS Lists, Power Automate
• Support for company-wide infrastructure systems and services such as Windows Servers, Hyper-V, Entra ID, SonicWall FWs, Unifi APs & Switches, MS Teams telephony
• Provision and maintain Azure cloud servers, Virtual Machines, and SQL Databases.
• Perform production systems support for backups, performance tuning, fault resolution, capacity planning and root-cause analysis, platforms & operating systems
• Support front end business devices like PCs, tablets, printers, Zebra printers, and scan guns.
• Ability to write Power BI reports
• Troubleshoots VM and server service incidents or outages.
• Detailed documentation of all systems and responsibilities.
• Strong ability to work interdepartmentally to solve problems and build mutually beneficial process flows between each department and yours.
• Working with management to bring innovative ideas for growth and expansion.
• Bringing a "can do" attitude and taking projects that may not fit the traditional job description.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment concurrently on multiple projects with varying deadlines.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, detailed orientated and organized.
• Comfortable/encouraging in constructive debate and discussion

• An entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership attitude.
• Occasionally working directly with customers from an IT support standpoint (ex. establishing EDI connections).
