Assembler/Packer - WS
Reports to: Production Supervisor
Supervises: NA
Summary Statement: An Assembler/Packer performs manual labor along the production line as well as with pick and pack orders in a timely manner utilizing the least amount of time, motion, materials, and space as possible.
Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for quality control and making adjustments as needed in order to produce a product within specifications.
- Notify the supervisor or PA of any problems/concerns regarding item(s) being worked on and when additional items are needed.
- Maintain a clean work area.
Marginal Job Functions
- Assist other personnel as time and knowledge permit.
- Participate in training and meetings as requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must be able to understand and follow instructions.
- Must be able to work with speed and accuracy.
- Must be able to accurately count materials/and or products.
- Must be able to sit or stand over a 10 hour period.
Education and Work Experience
- On the job training will be provided.
