DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the product vision and roadmap for applied solutions, balancing customer-specific needs with scalable product strategy
- Lead a team partnering with customers, sales, and solutions teams to deeply understand problems and define solution requirements
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams to improve processes and governance to execute solutions from concept through launch
- Identify opportunities to productize repeatable solutions and reduce custom work over time
- Lead and teach discovery efforts including customer interviews, workflow analysis, and validation sessions
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, feasibility, and business value
- Measure success through adoption, customer outcomes, and business metrics
- Serve as the leader of the applied solution initiative to ensure it is scaled and delivers the expected revenue and margin results
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sales or a related field
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of product development processes
- Strong large-scale project management skills
- Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Drive for results
- Strong sense of urgency
- Continuous Improvement champion
