IES Safety, LLC – Security Division is seeking a full-time Security Sergeant (SGT) to join our team at the Catlettsburg Refinery. This position is ideal for a disciplined, experienced professional with a background in military or law enforcement who is ready to take on a leadership role in an armed security environment.
Position Requirements
- Prior military or law enforcement experience (required)
- Handgun experience and familiarity with safe firearm handling
- Ability to complete a 24-hour armed pistol training class
- Strong leadership, professionalism, and situational awareness
- Ability to meet all site and regulatory requirements for armed security
Compensation
- Training Wage: $14.11 per hour during the initial 6-week training period
- Post-Training Wage: $20.18 per hour upon successful completion of training
