We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team. This role offers the chance to support a wide range of legal matters—contracts, litigation, compliance, and more. You’ll help keep things organized, accurate, and moving forward while working closely with attorneys and other team members. What You’ll Do
Contracts: Assist with reviewing, and editing agreements, and help track deadlines and obligations.
Litigation: Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, research, and document management.
Compliance: Help maintain compliance programs, support policy updates, and monitor regulatory changes.
General Support: Manage legal files, databases, and calendars, and serve as a resource to the broader legal team.

Specific Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (required).
Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
1–2 years of experience in a legal setting preferred (internship experience counts!).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal or contract management software a bonus.
