You’ll work in a variety of residential environments installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems with an emphasis on excellent service and long-term customer relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including:
- Central A/C units
- Heat pumps
- Furnaces
- Ductless systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and longevity
- Troubleshoot and diagnose heating and cooling issues quickly and accurately
- Communicate repair options and pricing clearly to homeowners before work begins
- Educate customers on system usage, filter changes, and basic maintenance
- Ensure all work complies with:
- Local building codes
- Safety standards
- EPA 608 regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, materials used, and time on-site

Specific Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on residential HVAC experience (must-have)
- High school diploma or GED required
- EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and mobile work order systems
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and kneel/stand for extended periods
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when needed
- Comfortable kneeling, standing, and working on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to work in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces, closets, etc.)
- Must be able to work outdoors in Texas heat and changing weather conditions
