Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in electrical rough-in work, including measuring, cutting, and pulling wire
- Install trim components such as plugs, switches, lighting, and fixtures
- Carry tools and materials to support lead electricians and the crew
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite by cleaning work areas and equipment
- Communicate progress, issues, and solutions with supervisors and team members
- Maintain a professional working relationship with the leadman and division manager
- Follow company safety rules and promptly correct or report hazards
- Take direction effectively and work as part of a team

Qualifications & Skills
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Team-oriented attitude with dependable attendance
- Preferred: Electrical experience and knowledge of the current National Electric Code (NEC)
- Preferred: Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Bi-lingual skills are a plus
This position is physically active and requires the ability to:
- Lift and carry materials and tools up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday
- Work safely on ladders and in elevated areas
- Perform repetitive motions such as pulling wire, drilling, fastening, and installing components
- Work in hot, cold, dusty, and noisy construction environments
- Work in tight spaces such as utility rooms, attics, crawl spaces, and wall cavities
- Maintain good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
