- Accurately enter data into company systems
- Prepare and organize documents for data entry
- Review and update existing records
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Maintain organized electronic and paper files
Specific Qualifications
- Previous data entry or related experience preferred
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and data entry
- Ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds occasionally
