In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for winding the coils of AC and DC motors, ensuring that the winding process meets strict quality, safety, and performance standards. You will work with various materials, including copper wire, and use specialized winding machines and hand tools to produce motor windings for a wide range of applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of motor construction and winding techniques, attention to detail, and experience working with both AC and DC motors.
