Edmonson Electric, a division of IES Residential, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant!
The Accounts Receivable Assistant is responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of billed invoices and for scanning and electronically filing documentation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Audits billing data for accuracy and rectifies any discrepancies.
- Generates itemized invoices and other essential billing documents, which may involve calculating discounts.
- Carries out additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is preferred.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a related field is required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
- Should be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds occasionally.
