Role Description
This is a full-time in-person or remote role for a BIM Modeler. Based out of Lithia Springs, GA, the position offers opportunities for growth and development in a booming industry. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for the bulk of population, coordination, annotating Shop Drawings and Prefab Assemblies, and have the ability to comprehend markups of all systems. (Power, Telecom, Security and Fire Alarm)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam
- Experience and knowledge of Architecture and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems preferred
- Ability to develop and work with detailed Construction Drawings
- Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in data center or mission-critical projects is advantageous
