Bayonet Plumbing & HVAC is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Driver to join our team located in Tampa, FL. This position involves handling various tasks related to inventory management, shipping, receiving, and maintaining warehouse equipment. Warehouse Associate - Drivers are responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of products in and out of the facility while adhering to safety and organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Material pickup and delivery.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. Ensure proper handling and storage of all goods.
- Daily issuance of material/equipment as directed and other duties as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and organizing materials.
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Identify and mitigate potential hazards in the warehouse.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors, managers, and other team members to meet operational goals and deadlines.
- Execute deliveries in a safe a timely manner.
Specific Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Clean driving history
Valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift more than 70 lbs
- Ability to maintain orderly inventory and workspaces
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Collaborative attitude with strong communication skills
