Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of technicians on residential installations
- Run cabling through walls, ceilings, floors, and other structures
- Terminate cables using compression, crimping, and other methods
- Mount TVs, projectors, speakers, lifts, and other A/V equipment
- Perform basic testing to ensure proper installation and system performance
- Assist lead technicians to ensure installations meet quality standards
- Configure inputs/outputs for audio, video, and home entertainment systems
- Troubleshoot and service A/V equipment and control systems
- Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints
- Maintain a safe work environment in compliance with codes and regulations

- Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required for company vehicle use)
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Work Environment
- Work is performed in residential construction settings, including new builds and occupied homes
- Frequent exposure to construction conditions such as dust, noise, and varying temperatures
- Work may occur indoors and outdoors depending on project stage
- Travel to multiple job sites throughout the day is required
- Interaction with customers, builders, and other trades on-site
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, etc.)
- Manual dexterity to operate hand and power tools
- Visual acuity to read schematics, plans, and device indicators
