Requirements
- Minimum 3 years management or team lead experience.
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation or repair experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer and technology savvy.
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
