- Assists Superintendent in managing daily field operations
- Supervises field crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensue work is executed safely and efficiently
- Supports development and execution of short-interval plans, look-ahead schedules, and manpower planning
- Enforces company and site-specific safety programs; actively promotes a culture of safety and accountability
- Reviews and interprets construction drawings, specifications, and applicable codes (NEC, NFPA, Local codes)
- Coordinates with other trades and project teams to maintain workflow and resolve field conflicts
- Monitors productivity and progress; identifies potential delays and escalates issues with recommended solutions
- Participates in daily huddles, meeting coordination, and subcontractor meetings
- Assists with installation oversight of critical electrical systems
- Supports QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
- Tracks and documents daily work activities, manpower, and site conditions
- Assists in material coordination, delivery tracking, and site logistics
- Helps to ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- HS Diploma/GED
- Technical or construction-related degree preferred.
- Valid Electrical License on Journeyman or Master level preferred.
- 5 to 8 years recent electrical construction experience with 1 to 3 years experience in lead or supervisory role.
- Experience supporting data center or mission-critical projects strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of critical power systems and redundancy concepts (N, N 1, 2N).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and BIM coordination documents.
- OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain
- Proficient computer skills with experience utilizing Outlook, MS Office (EXCEL/WORD).
- Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check, and as applicable drug testing.
