Equipment Operator

IES Commercial is seeking a full-time Equipment Operator & Concrete Lead for work in Nebraska and Kansas areas as needed.

Job Summary

• Serve as a working lead in concrete construction on roadway lighting, traffic signal and airport jobs.
• Inspects, drives and operates equipment.
• Enforces and communicates all aspects of construction: safety, technology, equipment, methods, company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Completes other duties as directed by supervisor.
• Complies with and enforces all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel will be required.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 or more years related experience.
• Supervisory or lead experience in a construction environment preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• OSHA 30 or ability to obtain.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check when applicable per customer contract requirement.
