Job Summary
- Works collaboratively with assigned learning supervisor to develop and complete learning objectives and projects.
- Participates in all training with assigned learning supervisor and/or other C&I employees as determined by assigned learning supervisor.
- Completes all assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Requests assistance from assigned learning supervisor or internship program administrator when unsure how to respond to a difficult or uncomfortable situation.
- Strives to be punctual and notifies assigned learning supervisor when a lateness or absence is expected.
- Respects and does not disclose without permission C&I proprietary information, records or confidential information; and,
- Initiates discussion as deemed necessary pertaining to their overall learning experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain required documentation for all responsibilities assigned.
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
