Apprentice Electrician

IES Commercial, Inc. - dba IES Electrical, is seeking full time Apprentice Electricians in Cedar Rapids, IA.

Job Summary

• Assists Electricians by performing various tasks and material handling
• Assists with all facets of electrical installation and other duties as directed by supervisor
• Works from all type of ladders.
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures.
• Travel as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• One year prior experience as apprentice electrician required
• State apprentice license or ability to obtain upon hire
• Ability to read a tape measure and construction documents
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles
• Successfully pass pre-employment background check if applicable per customer contract requirements.
