Logistics Lead Leads daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to ensure efficient material flow and support project requirements. Supervises and supports logistics personnel, providing direction, training, and guidance to maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards. Oversees the packaging, labeling, tagging, shipping, receiving, and distribution of inventory while ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control. Coordinates inventory audits, cycle counts, and material reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy and accountability. Manages material transactions and inventory records within company inventory management systems. Ensures proper loading, unloading, handling, storage, and transportation of equipment, tools, and materials. Monitors warehouse quality standards by tracking damaged, missing, or obsolete inventory and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Coordinates equipment, tool, and material allocation to support multiple projects and operational teams. Operates and oversees the safe use of forklifts, company vehicles, and warehouse equipment. Maintains a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment following 5S, Lean, and company safety principles. Collaborates with project managers, field operations, vendors, and internal teams to ensure materials are available and delivered on schedule. Develops and implements process improvements to increase operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service. Ensures all logistics activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Qualifications


Physical and Mental Requirements:

Regular attendance is mandatory Must have entry level knowledge of operating warehouse machinery and equipment. Must be self-motivated, positive in approach, professional and help create, develop and implement project process improvement(s). Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients and business partners. Prefer familiarity with cycle-counting, order picking, shipping, receiving and operating a forklift. Must be able to work at heights, off of a ladder and in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must meet Company minimum driving standards. Regular attendance is mandatory. Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: Must have High School diploma or GED equivalency. Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience in a warehouse environment. Must have a basic understanding of operating systems (SAP, Spectrum). Must have intermediate skill level using Windows, Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be able to meet Company minimum driving standards. Must be able to use power tools. Must have the physical agility to conduct warehouse inventory. Knowledge of 5S and Lean environments a plus.
