Job Summary
- Administrative tasks supporting multiple departments
- Perform tasks with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Use Excel to balance numbers and entries
- Assists with processing of information into timekeeping software systems
- Assists with day-to-day record-keeping operations
- Organizes workload to comply with deadlines and priorities
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborates with other departments including Accounting, Payroll and HR
- Role is anticipated to expand as business needs develop.
Qualifications
- 2 years related experience preferred
- Proficient computer and MS Office (WORD, EXCEL) skills
- Strong attention-to-detail, accuracy review, and written/verbal communication skills
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
