- Support the SLP in conducting screenings, data collection, and informal assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to reinforce communication strategies across environments
- Maintain accurate and compliant therapy notes, service logs, and progress documentation
- Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to meet individual student needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions as appropriate
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current SLPA license or certification in the state where services are delivered (or eligibility to obtain)
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background check
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- One year of experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education services
- Knowledge of speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention strategies
- Experience supporting diverse student populations
