Department: Quality
Supervisor: Quality Manager
Hours per Week: 40 hours. 2nd shift Monday-Thursday 2:00 pm - midnight with a half hour paid for lunch. overtime as required
Position Title: Quality Technician
Position Description and Duties:
- Provide Quality support to production
- Dimensionally Inspect parts to validate that they meet customer specifications
- Visually inspect parts for cosmetic defects
- Sort and Repack product per customer specifications
- Complete Quality documentation
- Perform Quality audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use of PPE

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Basic measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude
- Basic verbal and written communication skills (English language), ability to read and understand work instructions and standard operating procedures, ability to count accurately and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Solid work history, excellent attendance record required
- Must be able to take direction and work as part of a team
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred, but not required
- Basic computer skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds on a regular basis, stand for a minimum of 8 hours, and have full motor movement
- Must be able to pass a background check and 90-day drug screen
