Position Summary:
IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our 135-unit apartment community located in Livermore, California. This is a part-time role working 24 hours per week. The schedule will be Thursday through Saturday from 9AM to 6PM.
Job Duties:
- Strong leasing and marketing efforts
- Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins
- Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required
Job Requirements:
- At least one year of multi-family leasing experience
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Ability to take direction, yet be self-motivated
- Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literate with good organizational skills
- Must be available to work a part-time schedule of Thursday-Saturday, 9AM to 6PM
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline
Available Schedule: Wednesday – Saturday 9:00am – 6:00pm
